The family of our dear Mother thank you Janice and the entire Novak Funeral Home Staff for your immediate responses and quick actions during the late hours of January 8, 2019 when Mother passed. You did not hesitate to ensure our Mother was taken care of. We are so grateful for your kind, caring and compassionate during our loss. You and your staff comforted us and ensured that we understood the next steps (i.e. cemetery contacts, etc.). The burial, while sad, was exceptional. No delays and everything was done to perfection.
