William "Eddie" Balas

William “Eddie” Balas, 59, of Denbo, PA, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 5, 2017.

He was born December 5, 1957 in Waynesburg, PA.  He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Balas.

Eddie was a member of the Apostolic Gospel Church in Brownsville.

He will be sadly missed by his parents, Donald and Alberta Angelo, Brownsville, PA; son Brian Balas, Washington, PA; one grandson; two sisters, Cathy Demeter and husband Joe and Kim Pritts and husband Bob; and several nieces and nephews.

Eddie was a kindhearted man and will be missed by his family and many friends.

Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA on Thursday, September 7, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM and on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the APOSTOLIC GOSPEL CHURCH, 70 Williams Street, Brownsville, PA where the funeral will be held at 11:00 AM with Rev. John Blystone officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
