Thomas Alan Seizak, 37, of Allison, PA, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2009, in the Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, PA after a short illness.
He was born October 13, 1971 in the Brownsville Hospital.
Tom loved his truck, watching the Steelers and the Los Angeles Lakers, and watching videos. He also loved working at Wendy's and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father Wesley Seizak and his brother Brian Douglas Seizak.
He will be sadly missed by his mother Helen, step-dad Jerry, his brother Daniel and his beloved dog Sadie Mae.
Services are private for the family and are being handled by the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA 15417.
