Sonda Lee Christner

Sonda Lee Christner, 60, of Masontown, passed away on June 6th, 2024. Sonda was born on February 8th, 1964 to the late Willard and Billie Lee (Cochran) Bayne.

Surviving to cherish Sonda’s memory, her partner Pete Lewis of Masontown PA, her sons Brandon Grow of California PA, Eric Christner of West Brownsville PA, and Ray Christner Jr. of Brownsville PA, and Sonda’s brothers Gregory (Maggie) Bayne of Springhill TN, and Jeff (Karen) Bayne of Grindstone PA and her eight grandchildren; Brandon, Brianna, Connor, Tristin, Bryson, Jazmine, Ryder, and Isaac.

In addition to her parents, Sonda is preceded in death by her son Todd Grow II and her daughter-in-law Michelle Christner.

A gathering of friends and family will be received from 4:00 to 6:00p.m. on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024 at NOVAK-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA 15417.
