Robert "Bobby" Lee Grabowsky

Robert “Bobby” Lee Grabowsky, 67, of Brownsville, passed away unexpectedly on September 30th, 2025. Robert was born in Willoughby, Ohio on March 2nd, 1958 to the late Walter & Norma (Davis) Grabowsky.

Christ follower: Robert loved Jesus and attended Oaks Church in Cary, NC. After returning to Pennsylvania, he continued to attend virtually. Robert’s favorite series was “The Chosen”.  Robert was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed participating in fantasy football leagues and being a part of Brownsville/Redstone Youth Baseball Little League Association. Robert was an extra in the movie filmed in Brownsville, Maria’s Lovers (Guitar Street scene). Robert enjoyed his most recent employment at Picker's Pub & Grill, and Randy's Tires. 

Robert was a member of the Brownsville Eagles #1356 and a member and supporter of BAMFSG Brownsville Military Family Support Group (Dessert Storm).

Surviving to cherish Robert’s memory; his son Robert Grabowsky of Greensboro PA, his brother Walter Grabowsky of Brownsville PA, his sister Anita Plante of Cary NC, his nieces Ranea (Jer) Conti of Jefferson PA, Cristy Austin of Willow Spring NC and Jami (Eric) Lilly of Uniontown PA, his nephews Jesse Austin of Cary NC and Robbie Grabowsky of New Johnsonville TN. His cousin Chrissy (Randy) Olson of Panama City Fl, his step-mother Phyllis Grabowsky of Brownsville PA, and his great-nephews Issac Conti and Jacob Conti.

Robert is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Walter & Norma Grabowsky. Great Grand parents Robert & Matilda (Camino) Davis and Lou & Mayme Grabowsky.

A Private Celebration of Bobby’s life will be held. Due to limited space, the family has asked that anyone wishing to attend to please RSVP at BobbyGrabowskyFamily@gmail.com before October 9th, 2025 to receive information on the private memorial.
