Paul Leroy Synuria, 72, of Brownsville, PA, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013.
He was born September 9, 1940 the son of Paul Charles and Virginia "Nellie" (Akers) Synuria. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law Nancy and Tom Zahand; two brother-in-laws, Jack Barber and James Kettle and sister-in-law Nancy (Zahand) Michaud.
Paul served in the United States Air Force from 1960 to 1964. He then went on to co own Synuria Brothers Construction with his brother. Paul was a very loving man, who always put his family first, and was always there for anyone in need.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Jacqueline (Zahand) Synuria; two children Marcy Aldridge and husband Ron and Paul Leroy Synuria II and wife Lisa, all of Brownsville; four grandchildren, Amanda and "little" Ronnie Aldridge and Evette and Sabastian Synuria; two great grandchildren, Johnny and Kylee Kaminsky; four sisters Ida Arenson and husband Ed, Louise Harden and husband Albert, Mable Barber and Sonja Burleson and husband John; brother August Synuria; sister-in-law Marianne (Zahand) Kettle; two brother-in-laws Tom Zahand and wife Janine and Joe Michaud; many nieces and nephews and finally his cat Amos.
Professional services and arrangements are in the care of NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA.
There will be no public visitation but the family invites everyone to a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Paul and Jackie's residence.
