Marie (Milan) Barber

Marie (Milan) Barber, 86, of Steubenville, OH and formerly of Grindstone, PA, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013.

She was born March 12, 1925 in Rowes Run, PA, the daughter of Joseph Edward and Goldie May (Cane) Milan.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Mario Barber and son John Barber.

She will be sadly missed by her three children James Barber and wife Sandra,  Levittown, PA, Gary Barber and wife Karen, with whom she resided, Steubenville, OH and Helen Koon and husband Frank, Grindstone, PA; daughter-in-law Lillian Barber, Levittown, PA; two brothers James Milan and wife Violet, Daytona, FL and Ronald Milan, Brier Hill, PA; two sisters Ruth Emerick, Johnstown, PA and Katherine Antoon, Uniontown, PA; twelve grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA, Friday, May 17, 2013 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM the hour of service.
