Jeffrey "Jeff" Lane Eperjesi

Jeffrey Lane Eperjesi, 60, of Brownsville, passed away on February 21st, 2025 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Jeff was born on January 17th, 1965 in Uniontown to Eugene and Carroll (Barton) Eperjesi.

Jeff was an extra special person. An extraordinary father to his two daughters, a beloved son, and the best brother and uncle. His family meant more to him than anything, something he would always proudly mention. His daughters were his greatest joy and his proudest achievement. He did anything and everything for his daughters. He would go to any lengths to help his family and friends.

Jeff was an avid golfer, a passionate Pittsburgh Steeler fan, and Pittsburgh Penguin fan. He loved the outdoors, bar-b-ques, and most of all spending time with his family. Jeff had a gift for always being able to make his family and friends laugh. He was a kind, loving, caring and constant source of positivity. 

Jeff left a loving and lasting imprint on anyone he met. His loss is deeply felt by his immense family and all those who knew and loved him. His memory will continue to live on and inspire strength, resilience, and kindness in those whose lives he touched.

In addition to his parents, surviving to cherish Jeff’s memory are his daughters Brittany Eperjesi of Apex NC and Meagan Eperjesi of Apex NC and his brothers Eugene Eperjesi Jr. of Uniontown and Barry Eperjesi of Occoquan VA.

Friends and family will be received from 5:00 to 7:00pm with the funeral service starting at 7:00pm inside the funeral home on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025 at NOVAK-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA 15417.
