Jean M. Lynn Kifer, 73, of Brownsville, PA passed away Friday, February 08, 2008 at the Golden Living Center, Uniontown, PA.
She was born August 4, 1934 in Brownsville, the daughter of the late James Edward and Myrtle Shives Lynn. She was also preceded in death by her husband Cecil Nelson Kifer, Jr.
Jean was a dispatcher for many years at Frank Ricco's Brownsville Bus Lines. Before that she owned and operated Brownsville Stationary in downtown Brownsville.
She is survived by her three sons Cecil N. Kifer, III, Jeffery L. Kifer and wife Tracy, and James J. Kifer all of Brownsville, PA. She is also survived by her granddaughter Melissa Kifer of Brownsville, PA.
Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA today from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. Funeral services will be private.
