Henry D. Stewart, 83, of Brownsville, PA passed away Friday, January 6, 2006 at Tara Hospital, Brownsville, PA.
He was born June 4, 1922 in Brownsville, PA the son of the late Percy and Minnie Stewart. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Edna Bennett Stewart and brother Ernest Stewart.
Henry served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He also was a lifetime member of Fort Burd United Presbyterian Church, Brownsville, PA.
He will be sadly missed by his daughter Linda Berlin and husband Harold of Millersville, PA, sister Virginia Coughenour of California, granddaughter Amanda Kielbasa and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front St. Brownsville, PA on Saturday January 7, 2006 from 7-9pm and January 8, 2006 from 1-2pm, the hour of service with Rev. David Clark officiating.
Entombment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
