Helen Inez Franko, 83, of Brownsville, PA, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Cherry Tree Nursing Home in Uniontown.
She was born February 28, 1929, in Brownsville, PA, the daughter of Matthew J. and Helen (Terbovich) Franko. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Alan Franko.
Helen worked as a sales clerk at G. C. Murphy's in Brownsville, PA. She was a member of the Historic Church of St. Peters in Brownsville and a former member of St. James Roman Catholic Church in Labelle, PA.
She will be sadly missed by her two sisters Wilma Franko of Brownsville and Harriet Franko of Cleveland, Ohio.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM on Friday June 8, 2012 in the Historic Church of St. Peter, Brownsville, PA with Rev. Fr. James Petrovsky as celebrant.
