Gwendolyn (Singo) Faith, 64, of Brownsville, PA passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 in the Uniontown Hospital.
She was born September 6, 1949 in Somerset, PA the daughter of Homer and Thomasine (Johnson) Singo.
Gwen was an avid boater on the Mon River, a member of the West Brownsville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, the West Brownsville Fire Dept. Social Club and the Brownsville Ambulance Service.
Surviving are her parents, Homer & Thomasine Singo, of Jennerstown, PA, husband, Sam Faith, of Brownsville, PA, 3 daughters, Jodi Paul and husband Shawn, of Williamsburg, VA, Nicole Rodgers and husband Bill, of Beaver Falls, PA, Ginelle Michael and husband Chuck, of Uniontown, PA; five grandchildren, Corey Paul, Max & Lily Rodgers and Amelia & Toufie Michael, sister Jackie Singo, of Somerset, PA; brother Jeff Singo and wife Nancy, of Silver Spring, MD; special cousin, Cheryl Burba and husband Rob, of Germantown, MD; mother-in-law, Millie Faith, Brownsville, PA and numerous brother & sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 2-9 PM and Sunday, May 25, until 11:00 AM the hour of service with Worthy Paul officiating.
The West Brownsville American Legion Ladies Auxillary will hold their service at 6:30 PM on Saturday in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Gwen's name to the West Brownsville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, the Brownsville Ambulance Service or local hospice of your choice.
