Ernest (Big 'E') (Ern) Smith, 75, of Brownsville, PA passed away Sunday, February 18, 2007 at his home.
He was born February 14, 1932 in Brownsville, PA, the son of the late Alfred and Lavenia Walters Smith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Marlene Smith.
He will be sadly missed by his 4 children Tammy Nichols and Dana Tobias, Hiller, PA, Tracey Frazier and husband Elmer, Fredricktown, PA, Ernie Smith and wife Consuella, Brownsville, PA, and Terry Sloan and husband James, Brownsville, PA; 9 grandchildren Troy Nichols, Tyler Tobias, Richie, Jamie and Janet Frazier, Carter and Alexandria Smith, James Smith and Wade Sloan; 2 brothers Alfred and Randy Smith, 4 sisters Vernie Lucach, Connie Wheatly, Linda Ratica, and Shirley Hise, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA tomorrow February 22, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral will begin at 9:00pm with the Rev. Edward Truitt officiating.
