David J. Geletei, 54, of California, PA passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Monongahela Valley Hospital, Washington, PA.
He was born January 27, 1952 in Brownsville, PA, the son of the late John George and Blanche Louise Cartwright Geletei. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Robert Geletei.
David was a member of Sons of the American Legion Post #940.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Doris Brown Geletei, 3 sons David C. Geletei and wife Cristin, Roscoe, PA , Shawn Geletei and Karen, California, PA, and Justin Geletei and Angela, California, PA, 5 grandchildren Sarah Baron, John David Geletei, Shawn Geletei, Nathan Geletei, and Zachary Geletei, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA today from 2-4 and 6-9pm and Saturday until 1:00pm the hour of service with the Rev. Norman Hunt officiating.
Interment will follow in Taylor Cemetery, Brownville, PA.
