Darlene Blanch Hampton

Darlene Blanch Hampton, 71, of Brownsville, PA went to be with her Lord and Savior,  Saturday, February 2, 2013 at home. 

She was born September 24, 1941 in Brownsville, PA the daughter of the late Harvey J. and Nelda Grace Connor.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her Sister, Dolerose Woodring.

Darlene was a member of the Full Gospel Church of California, PA and a volunteer of the Brownsville Soup Kitchen from 1985 - 1997.  She was also a devoted mother and grandmother. 

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lewis Hampton, of Brownsville, PA,;  2 sons Charles Norman and wife Zella, of California, PA, David Peet and wife Tina, of California, PA,; 3 daughters Kathryn Hay, of Brownsville, PA, Lori Weeks and husband Patrick, of Lusby, MD and Joyce Sanner and husband Jeremy, of Brownsville, PA,; 3 sisters Pearl Ulery, of Bentleyville, PA, Jean Cox and husband Don, of Jacksonville, FL and Nancy Miller, of Brownsville, PA,; 2 Brothers Joe Connor and wife Roxanne, of Brownsville, PA and Jack Connor, of East Millsboro, PA,; 10 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA, Monday, February 4, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM and Tuesday February 5, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM .  A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at a time to be announced.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
