Coletta Elizabeth (Murray) Shaw

Coletta Elizabeth (Murray) Shaw, 89, of Uniontown and formerly of Brownsville, PA passed away Monday March 12, 2012 at Our Country Home in Buffington, PA

She was born March18, 1922 in Everson, PA the daughter of Mary (Weaver) and John Murray.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother, John Murray and 4 Sisters, Nora Eutsey, Mary Soisson, Virginia Cunningham and Evelyn Weaver.

Coletta was a member of D.A.R. Chapter 705129, Uniontown, PA.
She will be sadly missed by her husband of 69 years, James H. Shaw, Sr., of Uniontown, PA;  two Sons,  James H. Shaw, Jr. and wife Zita, of Perryopolis, PA, David C. Shaw of Markleysburg, PA, Daugher Karen M. McGee and Husband Richard, of Uniontown, PA, six Grandchildren, Rita Kopalko , Jeannette Adams, Carla Hosier, Christine Koon, Brandon McGee and Amanda McGee and thirteen Great Grandchildren

Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA on Wednesday March 14, 2012 from 6-8 pm, Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and on Friday March 16, 2012 until 2:00 PM, the hour of service, with the Rev. Steven Morganti officiating.

Interment will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
