Albert J. Lashinsky Jr.

Albert J. Lashinsky Jr., 80, of Daisytown, passed away peacefully in his sleep at Bella Healthcare Center on September 16th, 2025. Albert was born in Brownsville on December 14th, 1944 to the late Albert J. and Mary (Petrosky) Lashinsky.

Albert graduated from California Area School District class of 1963. Following high school, Albert worked for Chrysler Dealership in a manufacturing facility. After several years for Chrysler, Albert then worked in the coal mining industry and then as a retirement job he worked as a security guard for W&J College.

Surviving to cherish Albert’s memory; his cousins Gloria Raitano, Jyulene Githens, and Barbra Bonde. His brother-in-law Russell Urick and niece Shelley Jones.

In addition to his parents, Albert is preceded in death by his sister Rose Mary Lashinsky-Urick.

Per Albert’s wishes, all arrangements have been held privately and entrusted to NOVAK-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA 15417. Private interment will be held at Lafayette Memorial Park. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.novakfuneralhome.net.
