met Bill just a few times but he left such a lasting sensation on my life. I will miss his soft way of addressing issues and de-stressing even the most stressful situation. He touched so many good men in his time on the VFD and beyond. The world is better off since Bill was in it.

Our deepest sympathy from the Barth family. Bill was a one of a kind good guy. He always wore a smile on his face and was surrounded by people he loved and they loved him back. We loved spending time in PA with Bill, you and all our second cousins.  Treasure all the memories you made with him.
