Nettie Ellen (Dunker) Hartman, 90, of Fayette City, PA, passed away peacefully in her home on May 25, 2017.
She was born July 29, 1926, in Brownsville, PA, the daughter of Stanley and Nettie (Hadden) Dunker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis E. Hartman, sister Frances Loughery, brothers Thomas, George, William and Stanley, Jr Dunker, son in law Thomas Ewing and daughter in law Thelma Hartman.
Nettie was a member of the Brownsville Wesleyan Methodist Church, where she served as the treasurer for nearly 25 years. She worked as a nurse’s aide at the Uniontown Hospital.
She is survived by her children, Alvina Ewing, Vanderbilt, PA, George Hartman and Patricia, Punxsutawney, PA, Walter Hartman, Fayette City, PA and Timothy Hartman and Tammy, Fayette City, PA; grandchildren, Thomas and Linda Ewing, Terry Ewing, Brock and Margie Hartman, George and Buffy Hartman, Todd and Beverly Ewing, Brian Hartman and Samantha, Melissa and Shyamol Pandya and Ashley and Steve Dalrymple; great grandchildren, Jonathan and Jennifer Ewing, Zachary and Kaili Wolbert, Taylor Hartman, Morgan Hartman, Michael Ewing, Alexie Dalrymple, Matthew Ewing, Heather and Rachel Ewing, Peyton Hartman, and Parsan Pandya; great great grandchildren Emily Ewing and Taven Neal; sister Molly Gordy; brothers, Joseph and Fred Dunker; sister in law Bernice Dunker and many nieces and nephews.
